Job Position : Product Manager Cloud-based SaaS Products.

Shift : General IST/UK Shift.

Type : Freelancing (Contract).

Experience : 7+ Years.

Duration : 6 Months.


Role Overview :


We're seeking a Product Manager to drive product strategy, execution, and market success across our portfolio of innovative cloud-based solutions.
You'll serve as the bridge between technical innovation and market needs, working with cross-functional teams to deliver products that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.

This role manages the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond in a fast-paced environment where data-driven decision making, customer obsession, and technical acumen are essential.


Key Responsibilities :


Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management :

- Define and execute comprehensive product strategies for cloud-based solutions.

- Manage products from ideation through launch, including requirements gathering and go-to-market planning.

- Own the end-to-end customer experience - ensuring seamless engagement, onboarding, service delivery, billing/invoicing, and offboarding across the product lifecycle.

- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) for cohesive product development.

- Establish KPIs and metrics to track performance, adoption, and business impact.

- Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Identify emerging technologies and market trends for future development initiatives.


Partnership Development :


- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships that enhance product capabilities.

- Maintain existing partnerships ensuring mutual value creation and alignment.

- Collaborate on seamless integration with partner technologies and platforms.

- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners.

- Support contract negotiations with product expertise.

- Build a robust ecosystem of technology partners and service providers.


Customer Engagement :


- Conduct regular customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups.

- Analyze usage patterns and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

- Collaborate with customer success teams to address product-related issues.

- Manage beta testing programs with key customers.

- Participate in customer advisory board meetings.

- Serve as product expert for complex customer escalations.


Market Analysis & Strategy :


- Conduct competitive analysis to understand positioning and differentiation opportunities.

- Analyze market trends, customer segments, and emerging opportunities.

- Develop pricing strategies with finance and sales teams.

- Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies including positioning and messaging.

- Identify and analyze target market segments.

- Optimize product packaging, pricing tiers, and sales enablement materials.


Qualifications Required :


Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.


Experience : 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B cloud services or SaaS.


Technical Skills : Strong understanding of cloud technologies, APIs, and software development processes.


Analytical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis tools, A/B testing, and metrics-driven decision making.


Communication : Excellent written and verbal skills with ability to present complex technical concepts.


Project Management : Experience with agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.


Preferred :


- Industry experience in enterprise software or cloud infrastructure.

- Customer-facing experience in success, sales engineering, or technical consulting.

- Technology partnership or business development experience.

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) or product management certifications.

- Startup or scale-up environment experience.

- Market research tools and competitive intelligence experience.
