We are hiring Product Managers / Senior Product Managers to lead the product development of one of Indias top 10 finance apps with 13M+ downloads. If you have strong B2C experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the drive to build scalable fintech products, this role is for you.

This is an on-site role where you will work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to define product strategy, create roadmaps, and deliver high-impact features.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Collaborate with the founder to define product vision and long-term strategy.

- Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for requirement gathering, feature prioritization, and release planning.

Customer & Market Research :

- Conduct market studies and collect user insights to drive product enhancements and new features.

Documentation :

- Create clear and detailed PRDs/BRDs for development teams.

Project Management :

- Lead end-to-end product development from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Performance Tracking :

- Monitor post-launch product metrics and identify improvement areas.

Innovation :

- Identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.

Required Qualifications :

- 2 to 8 years of Product Management experience in B2C companies (Fintech preferred).

- Strong analytical and communication skills.

- Proven experience managing complex product cycles.

- Familiarity with modern product tools and frameworks.

- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.

Education Requirements :

- If only B.Tech ? Must be from Top 8 IITs.

- If B.Tech + MBA ? B.Tech from any Tier-1 college + MBA from Top 5 IIMs.

- Candidates must have stable experience in B2C startup / mid-size firms only (No MNCs).

Notice Period Requirements :

- Preferably 30 days or immediate joiners.

- Candidates unemployed for more than 2 months will not be considered.
