About the role :

As a part of the Integration and Support team, the person will lead the client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration of our products while actively engaging with clients to address their needs. This role requires a strong understanding of the product, APIs and good communication skills to facilitate collaboration across internal teams and deliver top-notch technical support.

Responsibilities :

- Interacting with clients to understand the requirements; and integrate these into the BillDesk platform for Payment Gateway; Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment, IVRS, ECS services.

- Liasing with technology team/ vendors to implement the BillDesk solutions; implement additional enhancements to the platform.

- Responsible for making process notes, integration/ interface documents; and communicating them to clients/ internal operations team members.

- Providing inputs into the underlying process flows/ workflows/ systems for service improvement; and also engaging with internal process teams for definition of payment processes for new clients/ existing clients.

- Escalating issues that are open; or not resolved within the predefined timeframe.

- Project managing the various implementations in an effective and timely manner.

- Documentation : Create and maintain clear documentation for integration processes and client interactions.

- System Testing : Perform UAT system integration testing to ensure compatibility and performance.

- Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve problems with integrations, providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams.

- Communication : Good communication skills - spoken & written.

Minimum Qualification : BE/ BTech/ BSc (IT)

Required Skill Set : Integration / Testing

Relevant Industry : Preferably Fintech, Banks or Financial institutes. Open to other sectors as well
