Hiring : Product Manager / Senior Product Manager

This is a high-visibility, on-site role working closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to define strategy, build roadmaps, and ship features that deliver real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Roadmap :

- Define long-term product vision in collaboration with the Founder.

- Build strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals and growth targets.

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Partner with engineering, design, marketing & sales teams for smooth execution.

- Drive requirement gathering, feature prioritization, and release cycles.

Customer & Market Insights :

- Conduct deep user research and competitive analysis.

- Translate insights into product improvements and new feature opportunities.

Documentation :

- Create detailed and clear PRDs/BRDs for development teams.

Project Management :

- Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

- Ensure timely delivery, smooth execution, and high-quality output.

Performance Tracking :

- Monitor post-launch metrics and identify improvement areas.

- Drive continuous product optimization.

Innovation :

- Identify opportunities to innovate, experiment, and scale the product.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of B2C Product Management experience (Fintech preferred).

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

- Proven track record managing complex product lifecycles.

- Familiarity with modern product tools and data-driven frameworks.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.

Education Criteria :

- If B.Tech only : Must be from Top 8 IITs.

- If B.Tech + MBA : B.Tech from any Tier-1 college + MBA from Top 5 IIMs.
