Role Overview :

Looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise across EC, ONB, and RBM modules to drive product roadmap, design, and delivery for enterprise HR systems.

Key Responsibilities (Short) :

- Define product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for SAP SF modules.

- Gather, analyze, and translate requirements into product specifications.

- Manage backlog, releases, and cross-functional delivery.

- Align solution design with HR processes & compliance standards.

- Work with business stakeholders, SF consultants, and vendors.

- Support testing, UAT, cutover, and rollout activities.

- Monitor product KPIs and drive enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years total experience into SAP SuccessFactors with 5+ years in Product Management.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC, ONB, RBM.

- Solid understanding of HR processes & integrations.

- Experience in backlog management, user stories, and release planning.

- Excellent stakeholder, communication, and vendor coordination skills.

Nice-to-Have :

- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC/ONB/RBM).

- Experience in large HR digital transformation initiatives.

- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe environments.
