- Define and own the RPA product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation opportunities across business functions.

- Build business cases and ROI models for RPA initiatives.

- Drive standardization, reusability, and scalability of automation solutions.

Requirement Gathering & Solution Design :

- Work with business stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.

- Translate business processes into automation-ready requirements and user stories.

- Collaborate with RPA architects and developers to design robust automation solutions.

- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards.

Delivery & Lifecycle Management :

- Own end-to-end RPA delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

- Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release cycles.

- Track delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and value realization.

- Ensure automation solutions are stable, scalable, and maintainable.

Platform & Technology Management :

- Own and manage RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate.

- Evaluate new RPA, AI, OCR, and IDP technologies and drive adoption where relevant.

- Ensure integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, legacy applications).

Governance, Compliance & Best Practices :

- Establish RPA governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.

- Ensure compliance with IT, security, audit, and regulatory guidelines.

- Define KPIs for automation performance, bot utilization, and business outcomes.

Stakeholder & Change Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and business leaders.

- Drive change management, user adoption, and communication plans.

- Conduct training, demos, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Skills & Expertise :

Core Skills :

- Strong understanding of RPA and Intelligent Automation concepts

- Hands-on experience with UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / Power Automate

- Expertise in process analysis, automation feasibility assessment, and ROI modeling

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Preferred / Advanced Skills :

- Exposure to AI/ML, OCR, IDP, NLP, and Process Mining

- Knowledge of API integration, SQL, and basic scripting

- Experience in CoE (Center of Excellence) setup and scaling
