Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own product discovery, roadmap, prioritisation, and delivery for high-impact AI-driven digital products.

The ideal candidate will have strong product management expertise, mandatory experience working with AI/ML products, and the ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own product discovery, roadmap, prioritisation, and end-to-end product delivery.

- Translate customer and business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Prioritise product backlog based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Design, and Business teams in Agile environments.

- Define product metrics and use analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions.

- Manage senior stakeholders and client-facing discussions.

- Drive continuous product improvement based on business and user outcomes.

Requirements :

- 5 to 8 years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership.

- Mandatory experience working on AI/ML/GenAI products.

- Strong understanding of AI product development and lifecycle.

- Strong experience in product discovery, roadmap development, prioritisation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agile delivery.

- Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred :

- Experience in Data, Cloud, Digital Products, SaaS, or Enterprise Software.

- Experience in government, banking, healthcare, energy, regulated industries, or large enterprises.

- Candidates serving notice or available within 30 to 45 days preferred.
