Job Description :

We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager who can lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution while working closely with business, technology, and design teams.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience in building scalable digital products.

The role requires someone who can understand customer needs, define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy

- Gather and analyze customer, business, and market requirements

- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality products

- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis

- Track product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review discussions

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with business objectives

- Ensure timely delivery of scalable and user-centric solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Product Management or Product Ownership roles

- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Ability to translate business requirements into product solutions

- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, E-commerce, or enterprise products preferred

- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, data analytics, or AI-driven products will be an added advantage

- Strong customer-centric mindset and strategic thinking capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and product initiatives simultaneously
