Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Translate business objectives and user needs into clear product requirements and features

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality product releases

- Manage and prioritize product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery

- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on product progress

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Monitor product performance using data-driven insights and implement improvements

- Ensure seamless integration of APIs, databases, and mobile applications within the product ecosystem

- Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and proactively resolve them

- Align product initiatives with impact goals, especially in child welfare and social development

- Maintain comprehensive documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence

Required Skillsets :

- Expertise in defining product roadmaps, strategy, and execution plans

- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence

- Solid understanding of APIs, system architecture, databases, and mobile applications

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions

- Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics and performance tracking

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams

- Ability to work in overlapping time zones with global teams

Preferred Qualifications :

- Exposure to mission-driven or impact-focused product environments

- Familiarity with child welfare, education, or social impact domains
