Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

About Us :

Position Overview :

This is a leadership role, and youll be working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to define product vision and prioritize features. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of managing complex projects and scaling them successfully, preferably with experience in Web3 and SaaS.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Management : Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from requirements gathering to final delivery. Ensure the successful execution of both product and

service-based projects.

- Team Leadership & Collaboration : Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design,

marketing, etc.), ensuring alignment, clear communication, and collaboration.

- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, user needs, and competitors. Utilize this data to drive informed decision-making.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with key stakeholders (internal and external) to define and prioritize requirements, keeping them informed on product progress and iterations.

- Web3 & SaaS Product Expertise : Leverage your background in Web3 and SaaS to guide product development, ensuring scalability, security, and adoption of decentralized technologies.

- Agile Methodologies : Implement agile practices to ensure timely delivery of features and continuous improvement of the product.

- Quality Assurance & Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and ensure that quality standards are met.

- Metrics & KPIs : Define and track KPIs to measure product success and areas for improvement, ensuring the products performance aligns with company goals.

- Customer Focus : Maintain a deep understanding of the customers pain points and ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Web3 Experience : Solid understanding of Web3 technologies (blockchain, NFTs, decentralized finance, etc.) and how to integrate them into enterprise products is added advantage

- SaaS Experience : Proven track record in building and scaling SaaS-based products in an enterprise setting.

- Team Leadership : Strong team management experience, including cross-functional collaboration and managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Extensive experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.

- Analytical Skills : Strong data-driven decision-making abilities with experience in using analytics tools to track product performance.

- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate

complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Customer-Centric : Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product features.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Product Management certifications from recognized institutions (e.g., Pragmatic Institute,

AIPMM)

- PMP or related project management certifications

- Web3 and Blockchain-related certifications (e.g., Blockchain Certified Professional, Ethereum

Developer Certification)

Additional Skills (Nice to Have) :
