We are looking for an experienced Agile Product Manager/Scrum Master to lead product development initiatives and drive the successful delivery of software solutions.

The role involves working closely with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, managing product backlogs, guiding Agile teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach for one or more teams, ensuring Agile principles and practices are followed.

- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Product & Backlog Management :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product backlog.

- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.

- Ensure the backlog is well-maintained, transparent, and aligned with business goals.

Roadmap & Delivery :

- Define and manage product roadmaps in alignment with stakeholders.

- Oversee development and delivery of high-quality products and/or programs.

- Monitor product progress, delivery timelines, and ensure releases meet agreed objectives.

Stakeholder & Governance :

- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and expectations.

- Manage product governance processes to ensure compliance with standards and business objectives.

- Report on product performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.

People Management :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, product owners, or product leads.

- Encourage collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
