Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Responsibilities :

- Align product direction with overall business objectives and customer needs.

- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and technology assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time and within scope.

- Prioritize product backlogs effectively, balancing technical debt, feature development, and long-term scalability.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

- Partner closely with engineering teams to design scalable and secure product architectures.

- Leverage knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems to make informed technical decisions.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks that can enhance product performance, reliability, or cost efficiency.

- Ensure that products meet enterprise-grade security, compliance, and performance standards.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure product alignment and adoption.

- Define and monitor key SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, adoption, and retention.

- Utilize product analytics and feedback loops to measure success, identify areas of improvement, and guide decision-making.

- Drive A/B testing, usage analysis, and cohort studies to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.

- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a technical or platform-focused product role.

- Proven track record of defining and launching successful B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.

- Strong technical background, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Deep familiarity with modern technology stacks and concepts, such as Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data pipelines.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and using tools like Jira and Confluence.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a strong emphasis on data.

- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, Adoption, Retention) and product analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in a product role focused on APIs, developer platforms, or data products.

- Working knowledge of a programming language (e. g., C or Python, Java) or scripting.

Good to have :

- Experience in Domains like Banking, retail, and healthcare, specifically related to Compliance.
