Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Role : Product Manager

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals.

- Own the entire product lifecycle : ideation, planning, development, launch, and iteration.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality product features.

- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to identify opportunities and prioritize features.

- Write clear and actionable product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.

- Define and track KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement.

- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.

- Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment and facilitate sprint planning and reviews.

- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.

- Proven success in launching and managing digital products or platforms.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product development lifecycle, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing).

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.

- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Productboard.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
