We are looking for a Product Manager - Mobile App who will own and build a new consumer-facing app product from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who has built or scaled mobile apps (Android and iOS). Thinks user-first but data-backed. Can operate at the intersection of CX, AI, engagement, and monetization. Is excited about creating high-usage, high-trust, high-retention apps.
You will work closely with the product lead, engineering, design, AI/data teams, and business stakeholders to ship a world-class app experience.
Key Responsibilities :
The core responsibilities for the job include the following :
Product Ownership and Roadmap :
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Sirrus.ai consumer app - discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Define phased rollouts aligned with business priorities.
- Translate product vision into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
User Experience and Journey Design :
- Own the resident/customer journey across post-booking, construction, pre-possession, and post-move-in stages.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to build intuitive navigation and IA.
- Continuously improve activation, engagement, and retention metrics.
Mobile App Execution :
- Drive execution for Android and iOS apps, collaborating with frontend, backend, and QA teams.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and usability across devices.
- Own app releases, versioning, rollout plans, and post-release monitoring.
AI-powered Features and Automation :
- Partner with AI/Data teams to ship intelligent capabilities such as AI Concierge for issue resolution and proactive nudges
- Personalized content, community, and offer recommendations
- Smart notifications for payments, milestones, and engagement
- Help define where AI adds real user value vs. noise.
Stakeholder and Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Act as the single point of ownership between engineering, design, business, and leadership
- Balance user needs, tech feasibility, and business outcomes
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to leadership
Metrics and Outcomes :
- Define and track key product metrics: DAU/MAU, feature adoption, retention, CSAT, ticket resolution times
- Payment completion rates and engagement depth
- Use insights to prioritize improvements and experiments
Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer apps, SaaS platforms, CX, fintech, marketplaces, or engagement-led products.
- Proven experience shipping mobile apps (Android and iOS).
- Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to balance UX, tech, and business.
Product and Execution Skills :
- Strong in product discovery and user research, writing PRDs and user stories, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers on APIs, workflows, and constraints.
- Experience with multi-module apps (payments, content, support, engagement).
Tools and Tech Familiarity :
- Product and Collaboration: JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Productboard.
- Design and Discovery: Figma, Miro.
- Analytics: Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, and GA (basic-intermediate).
- Technical basics: REST APIs, JSON, and mobile app architectures.
Good to Have :
- Exposure to AI-driven products, chatbots, or recommendation systems.
- Experience with payments or fintech workflows.
- Loyalty or rewards programs.
- Community or content platforms.
- Prior experience in real estate, proptech, or lifecycle-driven products.
