We are building next-generation digital gaming and sports betting experiences for global markets. We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager with strong product ownership capability, commercial acumen, customer obsession, and execution excellence.
You will drive product strategy, roadmap execution, customer experience enhancement, and platform innovation across high-scale global gaming ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle across web and mobile platforms
- Translate business strategy into scalable product roadmaps and execution plans
- Drive Agile product delivery in partnership with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Compliance, Trading, CRM, and Marketing teams
- Lead product discovery through customer insights, behavioral analytics, market intelligence, and community ecosystems
- Identify friction points and improve customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and monetization journeys
- Build differentiated user experiences through experimentation, innovation, and rapid iteration
- Partner with global stakeholders across technology, operations, responsible gaming, payments, and regulatory functions
- Define product KPIs, success metrics, experimentation frameworks, and growth levers
- Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release management, and stakeholder communication
- Leverage social communities, gaming forums, betting ecosystems, and customer feedback channels to identify emerging trends and product opportunities
- Ensure high-quality execution across SDLC environments with strong focus on scalability, stability, and customer experience
Ideal Experience :
- 8 to 12 years of Product Management experience in Gaming, Sports Betting, Fantasy Sports, Digital Consumer Platforms, FinTech, E-commerce, or high-scale B2C environments
- Strong exposure to Sportsbook, Casino, Betting Exchange, Gaming Platforms, Loyalty, Wallets, Payments, Promotions, or Customer Engagement products
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC, product releases, sprint execution, and cross-functional product delivery
- Exposure to global customer ecosystems and high-transaction digital platforms
- Experience working with analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, and customer behavior insights
- Prior exposure to regulated environments is preferred
