Product Manager - FinTech Domain

Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

- Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to inform product decisions.

- Define clear product requirements and user stories.

- Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics. Data driven decision making.

- Ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.

- Impact based prioritization approach.

- Should be focused on the growth of the key business metric

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelors or masters in Computer Science, engineering, business or related field.

- Relevant certifications like Product Management, Fintech, or Data Analytics are a plus.

- 3 to 5 years into product management.

- Strong drafting and communication (both written and verbal) skills.

- Basic understanding of Product Management tools i.e. software development tracking tools and road mapping software.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify problem and effective solution
