Function : Technical Management - Product Management
Product Management
Responsibilities :
Build Core Capabilities :
- Partner lifecycle management : onboarding, verification (KYC/KYB), contracting, hierarchy management, and offboarding.
- Business and product rules engine : configurable eligibility, underwriting, commissions, approvals.
- Commission and incentive systems : configuration, calculation, settlement, transparency, and auditability.
- Training and enablement : certification, knowledge delivery, and integrations with LMS.
Enable Integrations and Ecosystem Connectivity :
- Provide reusable APIs/SDKs for seamless front-end integration.
- Connect with CRM, ERP, payments, compliance, and external distributor APIs.
- Define standards for data contracts and event-driven integrations.
Drive Data, Analytics, and Insights :
- Build dashboards and pipelines to monitor partner performance, commission payouts, training adoption, and compliance.
- Expose analytics APIs for internal teams and business leaders.
Ensure Scalability, Security, and Compliance :
- Design cloud-native, resilient architecture in partnership with engineering.
- Embed audit trails, RBAC (role-based access control), and regulatory compliance.
- Uphold the highest standards for trust, reliability, and governance.
Foster Innovation and Continuous Improvement :
- Explore automation and AI/ML for partner scoring, fraud detection, predictive commissions, and personalized training.
- Anticipate new distribution models (affinity, embedded, ecosystem partnerships ensure platform readiness.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Partner with front-end PMs, engineering, operations, finance, and compliance to align platform goals.
- Evangelize a platform-first mindset across to drive adoption and consistency.
Requirments :
- 7-8 years in Product Management, including 3-4 years in technical/platform product roles.
- Exposure to fintech or large partner ecosystems is a strong plus.
Technical Competence :
- Strong understanding of API-first/headless systems, modular architecture, and microservices.
- Experience with workflow/rules engines, commission systems, or training platforms.
- Familiarity with data models, reporting, and integration frameworks.
Product Skills :
- Ability to translate complex business rules into scalable platform services.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities across business and technology stakeholders.
Mindset :
- Platform-first thinker, balancing scalability, compliance, and innovation.
- Hands-on builder, comfortable in zero-to-one environments.
- Strong communicator who can align stakeholders across business and engineering.
Success in 12 Months :
- Core platform services (onboarding, commissions, training moduleslive and in use across all major partner-facing systems.
- Partner data pipelines and reporting dashboards are operational and adopted by key stakeholders.
- API-first services integrated by Digital Partnerships, Broker, and Agent teams.
- Governance and compliance workflows are built into the platform.
- Innovation pilots underway (AI/ML scoring, automation, new partner models)
