About the role :
As a Technical Product Manager for the AI platform, you will be a pivotal member of our dynamic AI R&D Team You will own and drive product and platform initiatives that significantly accelerate o9 s strategy to drive AI transformation for large enterprises.
This role bridges the gap between complex AI capabilities and real-world business problems, ensuring our solutions provide exceptional value to global enterprises
What you will do in this role :
Thought Leadership :
- Be a thought leader internally on Agentic GenAI platforms and tools, continuously researching new technology trends in this space
- Actively stay updated on advancements in AI and ML technologies and apply them to evolving product strategies, tracking market-leading tools and technologies defining the entire stack for AI Agents
Product Definition & Development :
- Translate complex business problems and customer needs into detailed product requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and mock-ups, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications
- Define requirements in the form of PRDs, User stories, and Product acceptance criteria documents to be used during PDLC
AI/ML Solutioning & Collaboration :
- Work closely with AI/ML engineers and software development teams to conceptualize, design, and productize cutting-edge AI/ML models (eg, time series forecasting, optimization, predictive/prescriptive analytics) into scalable, user-friendly features
Hands-on Prototyping & Testing :
- Build demos and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) on new agentic AI platforms to demonstrate key capabilities and approach differences
- Be a hands-on UAT tester, acting as a proxy for users who build agents and workflows powered by enterprise knowledge sources on our platform
- Validate newly developed features working with QA and track key metrics around PSR and Regressions
Agile Leadership :
- Run and drive scrum meetings, weekly and daily standups as appropriate to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of features and product capabilities
Stakeholder & Customer Engagement :
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, pre-sales, and delivery to prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure seamless product development and launch
- Attend customer calls and presales/sales calls to stay close to the customers, especially as it relates to platform capabilities to build AI agents
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and leverage that to partner with leadership to make roadmap changes
Market & Customer Insight :
- Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and gather in-depth customer feedback to identify product gaps, new opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement
- Participate in client engagements to solicit feedback and demonstrate product value
Product Evangelism :
- Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for your AI/ML products, clearly articulating innovations and differentiators to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide product training and support to sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams
- Evangelize product capabilities for Product marketing, sales, customers, market analysts, and media
