We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (AI) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-driven products.
The ideal candidate will work at the intersection of business, data science, engineering, and design to deliver scalable, customer-centric AI solutions.
This role requires strong product leadership, a deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into real business value.
Key Responsibilities :
AI Product Strategy & Vision :
- Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify high-impact AI and machine learning use cases through market research, customer insights, and data analysis.
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML and GenAI technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Define product success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs for AI initiatives.
Roadmap & Execution :
- Translate AI strategy into a clear, prioritized product roadmap.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, and ML teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Drive Agile execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Stakeholder & Customer Management :
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap progress, and outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Gather continuous feedback from customers and internal users to improve AI product effectiveness.
- Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and ethical AI considerations.
AI Governance & Responsible AI :
- Ensure products follow Responsible AI principles, including fairness, transparency, explainability, and data privacy.
- Work with legal, compliance, and security teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Define processes for model monitoring, performance drift, and retraining.
Data & Performance Management :
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define data requirements and model evaluation metrics.
- Monitor AI product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions using experiments, A/B testing, and user insights.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications :
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years working on AI/ML-driven products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and GenAI.
- Experience delivering AI-powered products from concept to production.
- Ability to work effectively with data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent skills in PRD creation, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
