Role & Responsibilities :

- Define and prioritize product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives

- Gather requirements through user research, customer interviews, and data analysis

- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle

- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities

- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry developments

- Manage product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams

- Own product documentation and maintain the product backlog

Ideal Candidate :

- Strong B2B Product Manager profile

Mandatory Experience :

- Must have minimum 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS

- Must have minimum 2 years of prior experience in Software Development or QA (Can be skipped if candidate has product management experience in PureTech company OR in same product line as Callhub)

- Proven track record of shipping successful products end-to-end, from ideation / conception to launch and

post-launch iteration

Mandatory Education : Candidate must have an engineering background (B.E/ B.Tech /M.Tech)

- Mandatory (Stability) : Candidate should have worked for at least 2 years in one company; one short stint is acceptable.

- Mandatory (Location) : Candidate must be from Bengaluru

- Mandatory (Company) : B2B SaaS (Highly preference for Communication Tech)

- Mandatory (Note) : Candidate's overall experience should not exceed 8 years.
