We are looking for a technically strong Product Manager with a backend foundation who can turn complex workflows into scalable product solutions. Someone who can own execution end-to-end while maintaining architectural discipline.

Requirements :

- 3- 5 years of backend engineering experience with at least 1 year in product management within SaaS, logistics, or B2B platforms.

- Strong ability to write detailed PRDs, define API contracts, and collaborate closely with engineering on architecture, scalability, and performance.

- Solid understanding of modular system design, scalability principles, and technical debt management.

- Comfortable creating UI mockups, workflow diagrams, and functional prototypes without dedicated design support.

- Excellent communication skills to present roadmaps, conduct demos, and align cross-functional and enterprise stakeholders.

- Experience with WMS/OMS/ERP systems, workflow orchestration, microservices, and configurable rule-based architectures, along with hands-on prototyping (Figma, Cursor) and strong understanding of enterprise operational workflows.

Responsibilities :

- Lead discovery and development of core WMS-2 modules (Inventory, Orders, Tasks) and scalable warehouse workflows.

- Translate warehouse SOPs into structured workflows, UI mockups, PRDs, APIs, and clear screen flows for

engineering.

- Collaborate with tech leads on architectural decisions and push back on short-term features that hurt scalability or maintainability.

- Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and deliver clear demos to internal teams and enterprise clients.

- Contribute to roadmap planning and AI-powered features like smart putaway, pick path optimization, and exception detection.
