The Role :

Were looking for a Product Manager who will act as the delivery owner for our projects. Youll be the face of Heizen to our clients, responsible for translating client needs into actionable plans, coordinating with design and engineering teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

This role requires end-to-end ownership from requirement gathering and sprint planning to defining acceptance criteria and managing delivery across multiple parallel projects.

Core Responsibilities :

- Requirement Gathering & Analysis : Work with clients to understand needs from scratch, define user stories, and translate them into clear product requirements.

- Sprint Planning & Delivery Management : Plan and prioritize sprints, define acceptance criteria, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

- Client Communication & Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients leading demos, managing expectations, and communicating progress transparently.

- Cross-functional Coordination : Collaborate with the Design team to refine UX/UI flows and with the Engineering team to align technical execution with business goals.

- Multi-project Ownership : Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines.

- Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution under dynamic conditions.
