- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, pricing strategies, and new opportunities.
- Work with design and tech teams to improve the website and app holiday booking experience.
- Define and track KPIs (conversion rate, cancellation rate, repeat bookings) for holiday products.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to run campaigns, push notifications, and emailers for promotions.
- Support the team by preparing business cases, PRDs, and presentations.
- Ensure customer feedback loops are captured and integrated into product improvements.
- Maintain accurate product information across the website and app.
Requirements :
- 3- 5 years of experience in product management, holidays, OTA, or the travel industry.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international travel markets.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms, travel APIs, and booking systems.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like GA, CleverTap, or WebEngage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for travel, technology, and creating customer-first experiences.
