TeamViewer is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to drive innovation within our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform, with a strong focus on Real-time Remediation and Automation.
This role will work closely with engineering, UX, sales, and go-to-market teams to define and execute product initiatives that transform enterprise IT service delivery at scale.
As part of the DEX Product Management team, you will collaborate with the Principal Product Manager for Core & Automation to execute the product roadmap across multiple agile teams, delivering high-impact solutions for global enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as Product Manager within an Agile/Scrum environment, leading initiatives from discovery through release and field enablement
- Own and contribute to Core Platform and Automation product roadmaps to drive adoption and competitive differentiation
- Translate customer pain points and business needs into clear product requirements, epics, and user stories
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure alignment on product goals, scope, and delivery
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with UX, Software Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the DEX Core Platform, ensuring consistent understanding of platform value across product and application teams
- Support go-to-market activities including feature positioning, internal enablement, and customer communication
- Drive continuous improvement in product delivery, usability, and customer impact
Technical Requirements & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Enterprise Software
- Proven experience across the product lifecycle : Discovery, Development, Release, and Go-To-Market
- Strong understanding of End User Computing (EUC) challenges
- Hands-on awareness of Windows and macOS troubleshooting, with emphasis on :
1. Application performance
2. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
3. Digital Experience Monitoring
- Familiarity with DEX, observability, performance monitoring, or automation platforms
- Experience working with distributed and remote development teams
- Strong ability to translate technical complexity into customer-facing value
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira and Confluence
