Technical Roadmap Ownership : Partner with engineering leads to define the technical feasibility, dependencies, and timelines of product initiatives.

Backlog Prioritization : Translate technical complexity into business impact to balance feature development with scalability and performance improvements.

Quality & Release Management : Oversee end-to-end release planning, including QA, UAT, and deployment readiness

Security & Compliance Awareness : Ensure features meet HIPAA, ISO 27001, GDPR and other data protection standards.

Platform Evolution : Drive architectural discussions for scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.

Skills & Abilities :

- One who can understand client vision

- One who can do Market Research/stakeholder interviews/analysis

- Has experience with Product Roadmap -Features/Epic/Stories

- Has Deep experience in wireframing products

- Will be Working closely with designers (keen sense of Ui and UX)

- Has Design Thinking experience/Mind maps

- Has the Ability to create compelling product presentations

- Has Experience working with Agile Development team

- Should have Japanese language proficiency - JLPT N1,N2,N3.

- API and Integration Knowledge : Ability to conceptualize and manage API-based products, integrations, and data flow between systems.

- Data-Driven Decision Making : Familiarity with data analytics, SQL, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, or Tableau) for product performance insights.

- Tech Stack Awareness : Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams about technologies like React, Node.js, microservices, and containerization.

- AI/ML Familiarity : Understanding of AI-driven features, data pipelines, and model integration (if relevant to your roadmap).
