Role Overview :

Were seeking a Product Manager Growth who will own and drive core growth initiatives at Truva. You will work closely with founders, growth teams, and engineers to accelerate customer acquisition, improve conversion funnels, and build product-led growth features that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work directly with the founders to define and execute Truvas growth product roadmap.

- Analyze daily growth metrics, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Develop and launch product-led growth (PLG) features that drive self-serve adoption and improve user experience.

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to build CRM integrations, improve sales team productivity, and automate key workflows.

- Incorporate AI-driven insights and automation to improve personal and team productivity by 10x.

- Balance short-term experimentation with long-term strategic product initiatives to deliver sustainable growth.

What Were Looking For :

- 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on growth or revenue-driven product initiatives.

- Proven experience solving core growth problems such as Top-of-Funnel generation, PLG features, CRM integrations, or sales enablement tools.

- Strong data and analytical mindset; thrives in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.

- Ability to hustle daily to hit numbers while building scalable, long-term product solutions.

- Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation frameworks to boost productivity and decision-making.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and execution skills.
