Role Mission :
- Own real business outcomes.
- Translate operations- and revenue-critical problems into scalable product capabilities that improve unit economics, adoption, and retention.
Key Outcomes (Youll Be Measured On) :
- P&L Impact : Contribution margin, take rate, payback, LTV/CAC, cost-to-serve.
- Adoption & Retention : Activation, WAU/MAU, cohort retention, NPS/CSAT.
- Efficiency : Time-to-value, cycle time, platform reusability, % manual work eliminated.
- Reliability & Compliance : SLA adherence, incident rate, audit readiness where relevant.
Key Responsibilities :
- Convert business problems into crisp product specs/PRDs with unambiguous acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize ruthlessly; articulate trade-offs and eliminate low-ROI work.
- Collaborate hands-on with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to ship iteratively and validate through experiments.
- Instrument analytics and build self-serve dashboards using PostHog + Sheets for funnels/cohorts.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams for GTM, enablement, and feedback loops.
- Lead phased rollouts, UAT, post-launch reviews, and manage product deprecations/migrations.
Must-Have Qualifications :
- 3-10 years of Product Management experience with 2+ end-to-end launches in B2B/B2B2C or ops-heavy products.
- Demonstrated ownership of P&L or business metrics (pricing, packaging, margins, payback).
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, array formulas).
- Excellent communication and structured writing skills.
- Clear edge-case thinking, backlog hygiene, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with PostHog (events, funnels, cohorts) or similar analytics tools.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of SQL for self-serve queries.
- Experience in logistics, fintech, or geospatial intelligence (e.g., routing/ETA/geofencing, wallets, rebates, FASTag-like flows).
- Platform thinking (service boundaries, versioning, permissions, extensibility).
