About the role :
Were looking for a Product Manager in Bangalore who can work autonomously while collaborating closely with the Client (a large ecommerce company based in the UK).
Youll take ownership of high-impact initiatives across the web and app experience, helping to optimise conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires both analytical thinking and strong communication. Youll turn data and ideas into actionable product improvements that deliver measurable business results.
What youll do :
- Partner directly with the Head of Product (Client) and cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-impact product initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of improvements from discovery, scoping, and design through delivery and optimisation.
- Use Adobe Analytics and Amazon Quicksight to analyse performance and size commercial opportunities.
- Define and interpret A/B tests with the R&D team, drawing insights that inform roadmap priorities.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable specs and collaborate with engineering to ensure timely, quality delivery.
- Create structured t-shirt-size estimates, manage trade-offs, and communicate technical feasibility to stakeholders.
- Present progress, results, and insights confidently to senior management in both Client places.
- Contribute to the wider Product teams strategy, experimentation culture, and process improvements.
What makes you right for the role
- 35 years experience in Product Management, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or transactional platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable results with examples of improving conversion, retention, or revenue.
- Strong technical understanding comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding how systems fit together.
- Excellent communicator who can distil complexity into clarity and build trust across remote teams.
- Data-driven and commercially minded you can connect metrics to outcomes and focus effort where it matters most.
- Organised, proactive, and self-sufficient comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, UK-aligned environment.
Nice to have :
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Amazon Quicksight.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation platforms, and agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Some exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Some experience writing SQL basics or even Python
- Experience collaborating with remote or cross-continent teams.
