You'll act as the bridge between our business stakeholders and tech partnerstranslating needs into solutions, ensuring adoption, and continually optimizing our ecosystem of digital tools.

What You'll Do :

- Work with business heads to translate strategic goals into system requirements and process automation.

- Define and deliver an integrated product roadmap combining in-house builds and third-party solutions.

- Own system design across the sales, marketing, and project delivery workflows ensuring interoperability and data coherence.

- Evaluate and plan implementation of third-party platforms (CRM, analytics, ERP modules, project management, etc.).

- Make Reporting Dashboards to track the performance and core goals of the systems implemented

- Establish KPIs for adoption, performance, and ROI of implemented solutions.

- Champion user experience and Drive continuous improvement for internal teams making systems intuitive and value-driven, especially during change management.

What Youll Bring :

- 4 - 8 years of experience in product management, business systems, or CRM / ERP implementation.

- A hybrid mindset : strategic thinker + systems builder + doer.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams sales, finance, marketing, operations.

- Proven experience in CRM/ERP/marketing automation tools or system integration projects.

- Solid understanding of data flows, APIs, and business process automation.

- Experience in reporting and dashboarding.

- Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- A bias for outcomes, clarity, and simplicity in execution.
