Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who will work closely with the Principal Product Manager to drive execution and delivery of new features and platform enhancements on SMC EasyInvest.

The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product requirements while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Execution & Delivery :

- Own feature delivery from requirement gathering to release and post-launch tracking.

- Translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and sprint plans.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

- Prioritize the product backlog and coordinate sprint cycles in alignment with platform goals.

- Monitor release performance, identify bugs or UX issues, and ensure rapid resolution.

Platform Optimization :

- Track and analyze KPIs such as onboarding completion, transaction success, and user retention.

- Identify process or journey-level improvements through data and feedback loops.

- Work with engineering to optimize response times, reduce failures, and enhance platform stability.

Stakeholder Coordination :

- Liaise with business, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.

- Coordinate with partner integrations including banks, RTAs, and third-party fintech service providers.

- Maintain structured documentation and progress updates for leadership reviews.

User Experience & Quality Control :

- Ensure consistent and intuitive user journeys across web and app platforms.

- Participate in UATs and pre-release validation to ensure end-to-end flow accuracy.

- Regularly benchmark competitor offerings and propose incremental improvements.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- 2-4 years of product management experience in Fintech, WealthTech, or digital platforms.

- Strong understanding of investment products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, FDs, IPOs) and customer lifecycle.

- Proven ability to manage multiple sprints, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

- Experience in writing structured PRDs, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Google Analytics.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and bias for delivery.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
