Role Overview :

We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager with strong experience in taking products from concept to launch.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define roadmaps, and ensure delivery of innovative, scalable solutions.

This role requires a balance of technical understanding, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive execution and deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities :

- Lead product lifecycle end-to-end : from ideation, design, and development to launch, adoption, and iteration.

- Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and user stories.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market research to refine products.

- Define and track product success metrics and KPIs; make data-driven decisions for prioritization.

- Manage budgets, vendor negotiations, and cross-team alignment to ensure cost-efficient delivery.

- Drive Agile/iterative releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to reduce time-to-market.

- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, workflows, agreements, POCs).

- Present product updates and strategies to leadership, securing buy-in and influencing priorities.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML-driven products.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.

- Experience working with Agile, SAFe, or similar frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to balance technical constraints with business objectives and user needs
