About the Role :
As a Product Manager, youll be the voice of the customer, driving product decisions from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and requirements gathering to execution, delivery, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver value-driven product
releases.
- Translate business and user requirements into clear, actionable product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze user behavior, product usage metrics, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation.
- Conduct customer interviews, feedback sessions, and competitor analysis to refine product strategy.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- MBA is a plus.
- 4 - 8 years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role) in a tech-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, Agile development, and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to write clear and concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Proven track record of launching successful digital products (web, mobile, or SaaS platforms).
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
