Role : Product Manager - Fintech

Location : Saket, Delhi (Hybrid)

Experience : 3-5 Years

About the Role :

We are looking for a Fintech Product Manager with expertise in credit card products and financial services. You will drive product strategy, build roadmaps, and work closely with engineering, business, and customer teams to deliver innovative fintech solutions.

What You'll Do :

- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in the fintech domain.

- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and engineering tasks.

- Prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, and compliance teams.

- Lead agile product development processes - sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Monitor key KPIs to measure product success and optimize performance.

- Stay ahead of fintech and payments trends, including credit card products, to drive innovation.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customer and stakeholder communication.

What We're Looking For :

- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, with fintech/credit card domain expertise.

- Proven track record of building and launching financial products.

- Strong understanding of product roadmap planning, strategy, and execution.

- Experience with agile methodologies, user research, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Technical background (B.Tech/CS/Engineering preferred) with ability to work closely with engineering teams.

- Exposure to AI/technology integration in fintech is a plus.

- Consulting or client-facing experience will be an advantage.
