We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong engineering or software development background to lead the development, integration, and optimization of digital health infrastructure. This individual will play a key role in translating business and operational needs into technical products and systems. You will work closely with internal science and AI teams, external software vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, integrated technology solutions that enable next-generation health optimization platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirement Translation : Understand business goals, operational processes, and scientific workflows; convert them into detailed, actionable technical requirements and product specifications.

- Digital Infrastructure Ownership : Lead the planning, integration, and maintenance of all digital systems including client management, diagnostics platforms, AI engines, and operational dashboards.

- Product Roadmapping & Execution : Define product roadmaps and development timelines; manage the full product lifecycle from concept to launch in collaboration with internal tech, AI, and science teams.

- Third-party Integration Management : Coordinate with multiple third-party vendors (existing and new) to ensure smooth API and data integrations, system compatibility, and robust performance.

- Solution Identification & Tech Scouting : Evaluate and propose the right technology tools, systems, and platforms (open source, SaaS, or custom) to meet evolving needs across operations, diagnostics, and client care.

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication : Serve as a bridge between engineering, operations, science, and leadership teams. Represent the organization in technical discussions with external partners and vendors.

- Documentation & Systems Thinking : Maintain product documentation, tech workflows, architecture diagrams, and change logs to ensure traceability and alignment across teams.

- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement : Define and track success metrics, identify process bottlenecks, and propose solutions for iterative improvements in platform reliability and usability.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Experience : 4+ years in product management, software development, systems engineering, or related fields. Previous HealthTech or SaaS experience is a strong plus.

Skills :
