Job Description

Role : Product Manager - Salesforce

We are seeking a Product Manager Salesforce with a strong background in managing Salesforce-driven products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess both functional and technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, coupled with solid product management expertise to drive strategic initiatives and deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives, from discovery to deployment.

- Gather, prioritize, and manage business requirements from stakeholders across departments.

- Translate business needs into clear product requirements/user stories for the Salesforce team.

- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, admins, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.

- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics related to CRM usage and adoption.

- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.

- Ensure delivery aligns with overall business goals and timelines using agile/scrum methodologies.

- Lead UAT processes, training, and documentation related to Salesforce releases.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on Salesforce CRM

- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules

- Proven track record in managing Salesforce implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

- Strong skills in writing user stories, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing backlogs

- Experience working in agile/scrum environments

- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder)

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant)

- Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange solutions

- Background in working with B2B/B2C CRM strategies or customer engagement platforms

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and product management tools
