Role : L&D Product Lead - Artificial Intelligence Learning Programs

Company : HR Anexi.

Location : Mumbai (Andheri West) | Full-time | On-site.

Now, we need a builder who will own this learning portfolio like a product, ensuring it evolves, scales, and creates measurable impact across Indian enterprises.

Why This Role Exists :


The L&D Product Lead will :

- Own the P&L and product roadmap of our AI L&D programs.

- Ensure content evolves with the frontier (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source).

- Build a faculty/trainer bench for delivery at scale.


- Drive adoption and ROI measurement inside client organisations.

- Turn L&D into a repeatable, scalable business line, not just workshops.

- Builds the promptbooks, SOPs, and more.

What Youll Do :


Product Ownership :


- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of PromptStart Masters OS.

- Continuously refresh content with new AI/agentic advances.

- Develop add-ons : prompt libraries, practice sandboxes, certification pathways.

Delivery Scale :


- Build + manage a trainer/facilitator network (internal + external).


- Ensure quality of delivery ? consistent NPS, engagement, adoption.

- Oversee scheduling, client comms, and logistics for 50100 clients.

Measurement & Adoption :


- Define metrics : completion rates, certification %, adoption curves, NPS.

- Work with Engagement Managers to tie training to business outcomes.

- Publish dashboards & case studies for client steering committees.


Growth & Expansion :


- Collaborate with Consulting Principals to cross-sell L&D into org consulting accounts.


- Co-create new formats : async learning modules, AI fluency assessments, role-specific tracks.

- Own revenue goals for the L&D business vertical.

Who You Are :


- 6 - 10 years in corporate L&D, capability building, or education product leadership.


- Proven record of scaling programs across 3050+ enterprises.

- AI-fluent : tracking trends and productising them.

- Strong at building facilitator networks and vendor management.

- Obsessed with measurement and outcomes.

- Can balance startup pace with consulting polish.
