B. About the role :

You will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of Univests advisory experience across equities, F&O, commodities, and mutual funds working closely with a strong cross-functional team.

Being an active options trader is a must-have for this role the only way to build for traders is to deeply understand how they think, react, and make decisions in live markets.

C. Your Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Ownership :

- Lead the roadmap and delivery of advisory products across equities, F&O, commodities & mutual funds (obviously with a team)

- Prioritize experiences that drive business goals and real user outcomes

Data and Feedback Driven Product Development :

- Convert real trading insights & strategies into intuitive product experiences

- Track and optimise performance metrics across the full advisory funnel - conversion, adoption and retention

- Run structured experiments to improve execution success, repeat usage and paid conversions

- Partner with research teams + data to improve product adoption

- Build tight user feedback loops - especially with active traders

Cross-Functional Leadership :

- Partner with Product, Business, Design, Engineering, CRM, Compliance and CX to ship high-quality business outcomes.

D. Who are you ?

- 7+ years of product experience in fast-paced startups, leading multiple product lines

- Proven ability to ship 0?1 and scale 1n with strong business outcomes

- Analytical builder who obsesses over user outcomes and metrics

- Active options trader who deeply understands trader psychology

- Experience leading and mentoring PMs, and driving high-ownership execution

E. Good to Have :

- Built/ worked on trading products

- Understanding of SEBI compliances

- Experience working on subscription-based products.

- Exposure to investment advisory services.
