About the Role :

We are looking for someone who thinks beyond screens and components-someone who can understand users deeply, simplify complex workflows, and build polished product experiences.

In this role, you will work on designing and building modern product interfaces, especially data-heavy and insight-driven applications.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to craft interfaces that are clean, scalable, and user-friendly.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining frontend engineering with product thinking and UX craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build responsive and polished frontend applications using React.

- Translate product ideas and user needs into intuitive user experiences.

- Design and implement modern UI systems, workflows, and interactions.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to define user journeys.

- Create reusable frontend components and scalable interface architectures.

- Improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of products.

- Collaborate on wireframes, mockups, and interaction designs.

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

- Participate in product discussions and contribute ideas from a user-experience perspective.

Essential Experience and Skillset For The Role :

- 35 years of experience in frontend engineering, product engineering, or UI-focused development.

- Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking.

- Experience building user-centric applications and dashboards.

- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.

- Understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and scalable component design.

- Ability to convert complex workflows into simple user experiences.

- Exposure to data visualization libraries and dashboarding interfaces is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Plotly, D3.js, or dashboarding tools.

- Exposure to product management or product discovery processes.

- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, Lovable, v0, etc.

- Understanding of analytics, BI, or enterprise SaaS products.

- Basic understanding of backend APIs and data flows.
