We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial product leader to join our dynamic product team and
oversee our Content Management System (CMS), AI-driven solutions, and platform offerings.
This is a high visibility and leadership role, and the leader will play a vital role in defining the strategy,
building, scaling, and advancing our award-winning CMS and shaping the future of AI-native digital
experiences

Problems We Area looking to Solve :


The Head of Product for CMS will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities, including:
shaping strategic direction, driving and cultivating a culture of innovation, providing thought leadership,
driving cross-functional executional excellence with a goal of delivering significant enterprise value.


Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Vision & Product Leadership :


- Position our CMS as a market leader through innovation and exceptional customer experience.


- Strengthen Digital Experience Services

- Engage effectively with enterprise customers using our CMS and Digital Experience Services,
fostering strong feedback loops in the product development process to promote a customer
centric culture.

- Establish and nurture a partnership ecosystem to support CMS initiatives.

GTM and Thought Leadership :


- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to secure large enterprise customers.

- Partner with Marketing, Sales and Commercial teams refine the go-to-market strategy.

- Act as a subject matter expert, to evangelize our cutting-edge solution to customers and
broader market

Team Management :


- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product
team.


- Foster the cross-functional partnerships and work closely with Onboarding, delivery, customer
success, and product teams to minimize friction and enhance operational efficiency.

- Drive AI-first mindset with the team and empower with autonomy and tools for innovation and
problem-solving.

Operational Excellence & Growth :


- Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness through process and system optimization.

- Deliver successful solutions and scalable growth.

Customer Impact :


- Prioritize customer experience, satisfaction, and retention.

- Deliver high-value results that drive revenue and strategic growth.
