Product Experience Manager - UX Design

Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Product Experience Manager with a strong background in UX design and product thinking to drive exceptional user experiences across our platform. This role requires close collaboration with product managers and engineers to design scalable, intuitive, and impactful experiences aligned with product and UX roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to understand user challenges and translate them into scalable UX solutions aligned with product strategy and roadmaps.

- Lead end-to-end UX design efforts, including research, ideation, wireframing, interaction design, and usability testing for both existing products and new features.

- Design and deliver wireframes, workflow diagrams, interaction models, and user journeys that simplify complex workflows.

- Architect and conduct usability testing sessions with customers and key stakeholders to gather insights and validate design decisions.

- Review and guide UI designs created by UI designers, ensuring consistency with UI/UX design principles, usability standards, and visual quality.

Contribute across all areas of product development, including :

- Interaction Design

- Information Architecture

- Usability Engineering

- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)

- Human Factors Engineering

- Champion user-centered design practices and continuously refine experiences to improve adoption and engagement.

- Leverage AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate research, ideation, and design execution.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Product Experience roles.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering and product management.

- Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency with UX and prototyping tools such as Axure and Figma.

- Hands-on experience with visual design tools, with a strong eye for detail, consistency, and aesthetics.

- Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing insights into actionable design improvements.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience designing products in a B2C environment (strongly preferred).

- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design workflows

- Prompting and ideation using tools like Bolt.new

- Research, IA, and content generation using GPT-based tools

- Figma AI features and design plugins

- Educational background from leading institutes such as NID, IDC (IIT Bombay/Kanpur/Delhi), IIT, IIIT, MIT, Symbiosis, NIT, Arts, HFI, IBC, NMIMS, TISS, IPL, or similar design and management institutions is a plus.
