Product Engineer - Java Development

Description :

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer with strong Java development skills and expertise in AWS cloud services to contribute to the design and delivery of core product features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance solutions that support global customers and drive business value.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software using Java technologies.

- Build and optimize cloud-native microservices and APIs on AWS.

- Collaborate with product, architecture, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Ensure production-level code quality, performance, security, and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

- Contribute to enhancing engineering processes and mentoring peers.

Requirements :

- Java/J2EE development experience.

- Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.

- Strong understanding of AWS services such as EC2 S3 RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and DevOps principles.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant industry experience in Java development with cloud technologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in product engineering environments.

- Familiarity with messaging systems (e. g., Kafka).

- Agile/Scrum development experience.

- Exposure to performance optimization and distributed systems.
