We empower cardiology, nephrology, pulmonary, and other practices across the U.S. to deliver next-generation patient engagement through AI-driven workflows, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and conversational interfaces like Eva, our voice-enabled assistant.

We are now expanding our Product Team in Bangalore to build the next wave of intelligent, agentic applications that bridge healthcare workflows with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Create and launch new applications using vibe coding platforms and lightweight development frameworks.

- Agentic Workflow Design : Translate complex healthcare business workflows into AI-driven agentic workflows that automate tasks and augment clinical teams.

- Product Innovation : Partner with clinicians, operations, and product leadership to identify high-value use cases and bring them to life.

- Integration : Work with APIs, EHR/EMR connectors, and HBoxs existing product stack to integrate new workflows seamlessly.

- Rapid Prototyping : Experiment, iterate, and deliver MVPs quickly to validate concepts before scaling.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Experience with low-code/no-code (vibe coding) platforms, automation tools, or lightweight app frameworks.

- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts (autonomous workflows, orchestrated AI agents).

- Comfort working with APIs, JSON, and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, LangGraph/LangChain, Retool, or similar).

- Business Workflow Knowledge : Ability to quickly grasp healthcare workflows (RPM, CCM, billing, scheduling, patient engagement) and map them into digital solutions.

- Creative Problem-Solving : Strong bias for action, with ability to rapidly test, validate, and scale solutions.

- Preferred : Exposure to healthcare technology, EHR/EMR integrations, or AI/ML-driven product development.
