About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manager, Product Development to lead our product development team for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, proven leadership ability, and a passion for driving innovation in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead, mentor, and inspire the development team to achieve project goals.

- Oversee end-to-end product development lifecycle from planning to deployment.

- Provide technical guidance on architecture, design, coding, and best practices.

- Ensure quality, security, and performance through code reviews and testing.

- Drive implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Stay ahead with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Python, Angular/React, SQL

- Hands-on experience with AWS (Cloud Services, IAC, Terraform, ECS/EKS)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, containerization, DevOps practices

- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure coding practices

- Basic exposure to AI/ML concepts
