Role Overview :

Were looking for a UI/UX Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products in fast-paced product companies. Youll own end-to-end design for mobile-first and web platforms, translating user insights into intuitive, delightful, and impactful experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to design and scale our premium coliving platform and lifestage-based services platform creating high-engagement journeys that enhance modern living for Indian consumers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Apply design thinking principles to frame problems, explore multiple solutions, and ensure designs address real user needs.

- Lead the design process from research, ideation, and prototyping to final UI, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience.

- Use Figma to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and refine solutions.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into clear, user-centered design deliverables.

- Develop and maintain design systems for scalability and brand consistency.

- Advocate for human-centered design, accessibility, and usability in every stage of product development.

- Keep abreast of UX/UI trends and tools, integrating relevant innovations into our design approach.

Requirements :

- Experience: 5+ years as a Product Designer / UI-UX Designer in digital-first product companies (preferably B2C).

- Tools: Proficient in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and familiar with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Figma Inspect.

- Proven track record of applying design thinking to solve complex problems and deliver impactful products.

- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first and responsive web design projects.

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research methods, and interaction patterns.

- Ability to balance business goals with user needs, using data and qualitative insights to inform design decisions.

- Excellent collaboration skills for working in cross-functional, agile teams.
