About the Role :

Our client is looking for a passionate and visionary Design Lead who can blend creativity with strategy to build seamless, human-centered digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will not only lead a talented design team but also collaborate directly with clients turning ideas into intelligent, AI-driven design solutions that inspire and perform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products across web and mobile platforms.

- Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality outputs and creative consistency.

- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals, define design strategies, and deliver impactful solutions.

- Champion user-centered design through research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.

- Drive innovation by incorporating AI-assisted, conversational, and multimodal interfaces into modern digital experiences.

- Ensure all designs are optimized for accessibility, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Proven expertise in UX/UI design, with hands-on experience in AI-assisted and conversational interfaces.

- Strong command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Balsamiq.

- Deep understanding of user research, prototyping, usability principles, and accessibility.

- Skilled in designing for mobile-first and responsive platforms.

- Exceptional client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- A strong design portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
