We are looking for a Product Designer who can own the complete design journey from uncovering user problems to crafting high-fidelity product experiences that feel effortless, elegant, and deeply human.

Role & Responsibilities :

As a Product Designer, youll lead design initiatives across web and mobile platforms balancing user empathy with business goals, and creative exploration with systematic execution. Your goal will be to create experiences that not only look stunning but also solve real user problems with simplicity and clarity.

1. Own End-to-End Product Design :

- Youll take ownership of the full design lifecycle from problem discovery and user research to high-fidelity UI design and final delivery.

- This means identifying pain points, understanding user needs, brainstorming with stakeholders, designing solutions, and validating them through user testing and data. Every pixel and interaction will reflect your ability to think strategically and design thoughtfully.

2. Collaborate Closely with Product and Engineering :

- Youll work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Engineers to transform complex requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.

- Youll contribute ideas early in product discovery, participate in design sprints, and collaborate through implementation to ensure designs are executed with precision. You should be comfortable engaging in discussions about feasibility, trade-offs, and priorities.

3. Develop Scalable Design Systems and Visual Guidelines :

- Youll help build and maintain design systems and component libraries that drive consistency and scalability across all product touchpoints.

- From typography, color, and spacing to motion and micro-interactions your design language will become the foundation for how the product grows and evolves.

- Youll also define visual guidelines and scalable UI patterns, ensuring that every product surface speaks the same design language, no matter who designs it.

4. Conduct User Research and Usability Testing :

- Great design starts with empathy. Youll conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to understand how real users interact with our product.

- Youll analyze behavior, gather feedback, and rapidly iterate based on data and insight. Whether its validating early ideas or refining shipped features, youll ensure that design decisions are rooted in user experience, not assumptions.

5. Create Design Documentation and Case Studies :

- Youll document your process through detailed design case studies that clearly communicate your rationale, thought process, and the business impact of your work.

- Youll also maintain structured design documentation to ensure that every team member from engineers to product stakeholders can understand and reference your design logic easily.

6. Champion Design Thinking and Culture :

- Beyond execution, youll play a key role in strengthening the organizations design culture.

- Youll mentor junior designers, advocate for user-centered design, and push for design quality at every stage of development.

- You have 4- 8 years of hands-on product design experience in well-funded startups or fast-paced product companies.

- Youve worked across both B2B SaaS and B2C products, understanding the nuances of designing for end users versus enterprise clients. Youre comfortable designing features that scale and evolve over time.

2. Proven Record of Shipped Products :

- Youve shipped real-world products that users love.

- Your portfolio or case studies show your ability to balance creativity, logic, and execution from defining user journeys to launching polished designs that move metrics and improve user satisfaction.

3. Strong Foundation in UX & Visual Design :

- You have a solid grasp of core design principles hierarchy, alignment, spacing, contrast, and accessibility.

- Youre fluent in interaction design patterns and know how to use motion and feedback to enhance usability.

- Your interfaces look beautiful not because of decoration, but because every element serves a purpose.

4. Proficiency in Modern Design Tools :

- Youre highly proficient in Figma, using features like components, auto-layout, variables, and prototypes to streamline workflows.

- Experience with other design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or motion tools such as Principle or After Effects is a plus.

5. User-Centered and Data-Informed :

- You design with users in mind, but you also value data and experimentation. Youre comfortable validating assumptions through A/B testing, analyzing heatmaps, or reviewing analytics to inform your next iteration.

6. Education & Design Background :

- A background in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Visual Communication, or related disciplines is highly preferred.

- If youre self-taught but have a portfolio that demonstrates strong design reasoning and execution, we value that equally.
