Role : Product Designer II
Oversee the creation and production of customer experience elements from concept to finalization, including updates and revisions.
Use various user-centered design toolReview and analyze high-profile projects, occasionally leading teams or projects in user-centered design.
Innovate by researching and testing theories for cutting-edge design solutions.. Analyze internal and external sites, consulting standards and policies to determine best practices.

- Proficient in engaging with customers via calls to extract valuable insights, enriching the design process.
- Enthusiastic about delving into data, leveraging it to craft informed opinions and refine design decisions.
Translate user insights into thoughtful interaction patterns and systems that scale.
- Break down complex and ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable design opportunities.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design to serve riders of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Partner with UX research to validate and iterate on designs using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Lead visual and interaction design craft, setting a high quality bar across your team.
- Create prototypes to communicate ideas and gather early feedback.
Basic Qualifications :
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality designs that solve real user problems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX, UI, interaction, and visual design.
- Experience with systems thinking and designing across complex platforms.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Principle, ProtoPie).
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience designing for mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative environments.
- Understanding of motion design, accessibility best practices, and cross-platform consistency.
- Ability to align design work with product strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, or marketplace products is a plus.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions.
