Product Designer - Human Computer Interaction

Mandatory :

- Strong Product Designer profile with Top / well-funded B2B SaaS products.

- Must have 3+ years of experience in hands-on Product Design works for B2B SaaS Products

- Must have end-to-end designing experience - starting from UX Research / Design to workflows, wireframing, and final UI designs.

- Must have detailed case studies of Product Design works for good B2B SaaS products.

- Experince must be from Well-Funded Company / Global B2B SaaS Products

- Design Education background (BDes / MDes)

Role & Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end product design from problem discovery and user research to high-fidelity UI and interaction design.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, delightful user experiences.

- Develop design systems, visual guidelines, and scalable patterns that ensure consistency across the product.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate rapidly on product experiences.

- Create detailed design case studies and documentation to communicate design rationale and impact.

- Contribute to shaping UnifyApps design culture through strong craft, structured thinking, and a user-first mindset.

Ideal Candidate :

- 4 to 8 years of hands-on product design experience in well-funded startups (B2B SaaS and/or B2C products).

- Proven track record of shipping top-quality products with detailed case studies or portfolio examples that showcase your process, problem-solving, and outcomes.

- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

- Strong grasp of design principles, UX patterns, interaction design, and visual aesthetics.

- Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma preferred).

- Background in Design, HCI, or related education is highly preferred.

- A self-starter who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams and takes ownership of product quality end-to-end.
