Product Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD

Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product design process from research, wireframes, and prototypes to polished UI.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.

- Maintain a user-first mindset while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.

- Conduct quick user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on data, feedback, and evolving product strategy.

- Take full ownership of your designs from ideation to final delivery.

- Bring creativity, hustle, and bias for action to every project.

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer / UI-UX Designer in a fast-moving environment (startup experience preferred).

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, problem-solving ability, and visual finesse.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Understanding of design systems, user flows, interaction design, and accessibility.

- Ability to think critically and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
