Product Designer - Figma/Prototype Design

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Product Designer with strong hands-on experience in UI and Visual Design for top-tier B2C or B2B SaaS products.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional design craft, strong fundamentals in design systems, and a portfolio that reflects depth in visual storytelling and usability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end UI and visual design for core product experiences across web and mobile.

- Translate product requirements and wireframes into clean, engaging, and visually consistent interfaces.

- Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.

- Create high-fidelity prototypes, motion studies, and interaction mockups.

- Develop detailed case studies to showcase design process, iterations, and impact.

- Contribute to evolving the design language and visual identity of the product.

Mandatory Criteria :

- Experience : Minimum 2+ years in hands-on product design, focused on UI and Visual Design.

- Core Skill : Strong command over Figma and modern design tools for interface and interaction design.

- Design Systems : Proven experience in wireframing, visual design, and building design systems.

- Portfolio : Must include strong visual/product design work for top B2C or B2B SaaS startups, with at least one detailed case study.

- Company Type : Candidates from top or well-funded product startups (B2C preferred).

Preferred Criteria :

- Education : Bachelors or Masters in Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline (B.Des / M.Des preferred).

- Background : Exposure to both B2B SaaS and B2C product design environments.

- Work Style : Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in fast-paced startup setups.

- Interest : Passion for building beautiful, scalable, and user-centric interfaces.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 2 to 6 years of end-to-end product design experience with proven success in visual design.

- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality UI/UX outcomes under tight timelines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
